This week, we will prepare three types of pasta: fresh pasta dough (for tagliatelle and tortelloni), spaghetti alla chitarra, and pizza dough. After each morning in the kitchen, you can enjoy lunch with wine tasting. During this week, there are some free days to relax, explore nature, or enjoy an aperitivo in the picturesque nearby villages.
