Our cooking weeks are truly unforgettable! Three days of hands-on course, getting your hands in the dough, to learn the basics of Italian cuisine! Lots of good food, good wine, and most importantly, a lot of fun.
8 days, 3 days dedicated to cooking courses focused on the most iconic dishes of Italian cuisine. You will learn how to prepare pasta dough, ragù, bruschetta, basil pesto, pizza, tiramisu, and much more!
Discover this week
This week, we will prepare three types of pasta: fresh pasta dough (for tagliatelle and tortelloni), spaghetti alla chitarra, and pizza dough. After each morning in the kitchen, you can enjoy lunch with wine tasting. During this week, there are some free days to relax, explore nature, or enjoy an aperitivo in the picturesque nearby villages, or visit the cities of Florence, Lucca, Modena, Bologna and Pistoia .
