This week, you’ll master the art of Italian pasta and pizza-making. Learn to prepare fresh pasta dough for tagliatelle and tortelloni, spaghetti alla chitarra, and create the perfect pizza dough.
Each morning in the kitchen is followed by a delightful lunch paired with a wine tasting experience. Between cooking sessions, enjoy free days to unwind, explore the beauty of nature, sip an aperitivo in charming nearby villages, or visit iconic cities like Florence, Lucca, Modena, Bologna, and Pistoia.

Free day, time to go on excursions or visit a beautiful city.

In the morning, visit to the Parmigiano Reggiano factory and lunch at a local restaurant.
