8 days dedicated to the culinary excellences of Emilia Romagna. A perfect holiday for foodies, to discover and savor the culinary tradition of our region, visiting local producers and cooking with fresh local products.

We will visit

During this culinary vacation, we will visit the following local excellences: Caseificio Dismano – Parmigiano Reggiano DOP; Cantina biologica di Corte d’Aibo; Acetaia de La Cà dal Non; Azienda agricola biologica Orto di Campacciolo; Ristorante Caciosteria dei due ponti, da Domenico for a cheese tasting and Tuscan lunch. You will spend 5 days working with these local excellences.

      Arrivo e check-in dopo le 15:00 & Welcome Bag + concediti un bicchiere di vino godendoti i magici tramonti del borgo.

    • Domenica

      Pranzo della domenica a Borgo Pianello. Conosciamoci meglio gustando la nostra cucina.

    • Lunedì

      Mattina: colazione all'italiana + Escursione all'azienda agricola biologica Orto di Campacciolo per raccogliere verdure per il nostro corso di cucina a Km 0. Pranzo (aperitivo, pranzo e degustazione di vini).

    • Martedì

      Mattina colazione all'italiana + visita al caseificio Dismano, degustazioni di formaggi italiani speciali e pranzo alla Caciosteria.

      Arrival & check in after 3 p.m. & Welcome Bag + indulge yourself with a glass of wine and some salami enjoying our magical sunsets

    • Sunday

      Group welcome lunch at Borgo Pianello. Let’s get to know each other while enjoying our cuisine

    • Monday

      Morning: Italian breakfast + Excursion to the organic farm Orto di Campacciolo to pick vegetables for our Km 0 cooking class. Lunch (aperitivo, lunch and wine tasting).

    • Tuesday

      Morning Italian breakfast + Dismano cheese factory visit and special Italian cheeses tasting and lunch at Caciosteria

    • Wednesday

      Morning: Italian breakfast+ cooking class with unique ingredients from our region Lunch (aperitivo, lunch and wine tasting)

    • Thursday

      Morning Italian breakfast, Excursion to La Cà dal Non (balsamic production) and Wine tasting and lunch at Corte d’Aibo

    • Friday

      Morning free time. afternoon pizza cooking class in our own wood oven, farewell Aperitivo-Pizza party & wine tasting at Borgo. Saturday Check out at 10 a.m and departure.
