In autumn, mushrooms, truffles, and chestnuts are true excellences of our tradition. In fact, there is an entire cuisine dedicated to these products that can be enjoyed for a short part of the year.

Discover this week

During these eight days, we will visit a unique and convivial truffle festival, where we will taste truffles in all their versatility. We will take a walk in the woods, learning more about chestnuts and their drying process. We will cook with these special ingredients: we’ll have lunch at a mountain restaurant, visit an organic vineyard, and savor a truly unique cheese board.

    • Saturday

      check-in & welcome bag (treat yourself with a glass of wine and some salami while enjoying our magical sunsets).

    • Sunday

      breakfast, excursion to the local Tartufo and Funghi event, autumn lunch in Corte d'Aibo + winery visit

    • Monday

      breakfast, truffle cooking class, lunch (aperitivo , lunch and wine tasting)

    • Tuesday

      breakfast, excursion mushrooms and chestnuts, lunch in a mountain restaurant

    • Wednesday

      breakfast, mushroom and chestnut cooking class , lunch (aperitivo, lunch and wine tasting)

    • Thursday

      breakfast, 10:30 am: visit to the cheese factory of Dismano , lunch Tuscan dinner in Caciosteria

    • Friday

      breakfast, visit to La Cà dal Non (balsamic production) closing dinner & wine tasting in our Borgo

    • Saturday

      Check out at 10 a.m and departure.
