In autumn, mushrooms, truffles, and chestnuts are true excellences of our tradition. In fact, there is an entire cuisine dedicated to these products that can be enjoyed for a short part of the year.
Discover this week
During these eight days, we will visit a unique and convivial truffle festival, where we will taste truffles in all their versatility. We will take a walk in the woods, learning more about chestnuts and their drying process. We will cook with these special ingredients: we’ll have lunch at a mountain restaurant, visit an organic vineyard, and savor a truly unique cheese board.
